Sandeza, in implementing the ERP through the PASS program, also supported the digital transformation process of a group of SMEs. The Prometeo project was carried out with a well-defined vision: an efficient Digital Transformation of companies not only includes the adoption of a technological solution, but starts from considerations that precede the process: the reorganization of flows and procedures and the involvement of internal resources with a view to optimizing resources.
The project was characterized by customized moments for each individual company and joint moments. The latter represented an innovative element, as it allowed for comparison and collaboration among the SMEs which, being characterized by various levels of digitalization and belonging to different sectors, ensured a systemic vision for the project by sharing their experiences, difficulties, and best practices in the Transformation process.

Why is it important?

Prometeo was an important project, because it focused on the skills of human resources involved in the Digital Transformation process, the ability to adopt software, the management of workflows and the capacity to analyze and optimize processes.
One of the outcomes was the companies’ awareness of the benefits derived from starting a Digital Transformation journey linked to a process vision rather than a hierarchical one.
Additional results included the effective integration of business processes within the software and the increase in knowledge and collaboration among companies, also thanks to joint training opportunities.
