Inclusion of Deaf Personnel

Description

A project developed in collaboration with API Formazione Torino to facilitate the employment of two deaf colleagues within the workforce of Sargomma SB, as a production operator and a warehouse operator.

Why is it important?

The deaf colleagues have been trained to perform the roles for which they were hired, and at the end of their internship period, they will officially become part of the Sargomma SB workforce. This initiative brings added value to the entire team.
