Description

The project’s main aim is to offer visual sensors, based on color change, simple to use as adhesives which could be helpfully inserted in vacuum packaging of foods or other components such as electronic ones that must be preserved from contact with air.

Result to be enhanced

It is a simple and visual method that uses innovative two-dimensional materials and chromogenic substances.

Why is it important?

It makes it easier and more immediate to know if the product has deteriorated or failed in the case of food or in the case of electronic components, above all if it may have come into contact with air.
