Description<\/h3>\n

Beneesalute is an entrepreneurial project of Social Innovation related to Health Sciences targeting the pharmacy sector. The pharmacist who uses the service offered by Beneesalute has a new, technological, and innovative tool that makes the services offered visible and allows direct interaction with customers, creating a system of loyalty and trust. The offer directed at the pharmacist is comprehensive, interactive, and involves all actors in the healthcare system. Marketing services and functionalities are also provided, not only within their own user base, but also in the surrounding area. App users can locate pharmacies in the area through geolocation and interact with pharmacists via chat about health issues and medicines, displaying the memo card on their smartphone. They can send messages to pharmacists and get support on medications, interactions, and compare products.<\/p>\n

Why is it important?<\/h3>\n

Pharmacies reaffirm and redefine their central role in health and wellness sectors by expanding socio-health services to customers and differentiating themselves from other commercial establishments that do not operate having health in mind. They also gain significant benefits from the multifunction card, proximity marketing, and customer profiling, with positive effects on sales.
\nIn addition to the competitive advantage that can come to the pharmacy from introducing an advanced customer service system, by confirming and strengthening the fundamental role of the pharmacist in the healthcare system, the system undoubtedly has a powerful effect both in traffic building and in increasing the average receipt from the sale of non-pharmaceutical products. The innovative aspect of social and technological value, in addition to the service offered to the citizen\/user, is the strong and unique synergy that links the app\u2019s user-dedicated functionalities to the marketing platform for the digitalization of pharmacies, creating value for both the citizen and the point of sale.
\nThe circuit goes beyond the usual forum or medical service: knowing that the web is the most used tool to find information about medicines and answers regarding ailments, diseases, or health-related curiosities, the BeneSalute app does not aim to replace doctors or pharmacists, but to be and strive to become the digital aggregation tool for pharmacies.<\/p>\n
